Why is Vrtly charging now, it was free?
Vrtly still has a free plan and that is not going anywhere. Since launch we have continued to invest in the platform, improving the product, expanding features and building new tools designed to support a stronger patient experience and better business results. Custom content, additional screens and advanced tools now live in our paid plans. Your main screen with brand content stays active at no cost. If you have been using custom content or running multiple screens, choose the plan that matches how you are already using Vrtly.

What's the difference between PLUS and PRO?
Plus gives you full custom content, custom templates, scheduling and social media integration. Everything most growing clinics need. Pro adds the complete loop: consultation tools, InfoPacks to guide patients from awareness to booking, and EMR integration later this year. Pro is for practices that want to actively grow a specific treatment and connect every screen interaction to a patient outcome.
I barely use Vrtly. Is it worth paying for?
That is a fair question. If you are not using it actively, Free might genuinely be the right fit. But it is worth asking: is Vrtly sitting idle because there was not much to work with? The paid plans unlock the tools that make it worth turning on every morning. Custom content, promotions and custom templates built around your branding so you can get your content on screens fast, no design experience needed. If your screens are running passively today, Plus or Pro is what makes them actually work for your clinic.
We don't have the budget right now.
We get it. Every dollar counts. Vrtly is one of the most affordable marketing tools in a clinic and it works where nothing else reaches, right there with your patients at the moment of decision. If budget is tight, Free keeps your screens running at no cost. And if you are already using Vrtly as part of your marketing, the ROI speaks for itself.
We don't see the value.

Can I cancel?
Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year at our best rate. At the end of your term, you can switch to month-to-month or cancel. Monthly plans renew each cycle and can be cancelled before the next billing date.
