- Settings > General > System Manager > disable Auto Protection Time
- Settings > General > System Manager > Time > disable Sleep Timer
- Settings > General > Eco Solution > disable Power Saving Mode
- Settings > General > Eco Solution > disable Auto Power Off
Auto Open Vrtly
Would you like your TV to automatically open Vrtly when you turn it on?
- Settings > General > Smart Feature > enable Autorun Last App

Is the content cropped on your screen?
- Settings > Picture > set Picture Mode to Dynamic
- Settings > Picture > set Picture Size Settings to 16:9 Standard
Advanced Troubleshooting
- Go to Settings > Support > Device Care
- Run device care to run diagnostics and clear cached memory
- Select Manage Storage
- Verify how much is being used out of available storage
e.g. Used = 937.93 MB out of Available 381.82 MB(29%) - Select apps that you don't use and delete them
- Focus on the Vrtly app and select View Details
- You’ll have the options to Clear Data or Clear Cache
- Restart your TV
