First, verify that your Roku software is up to date:
- Settings > System > Software update
On your Roku TV or Roku HDMI Player, adjust these settings:
- Settings > Network > disable "Bandwidth saver"
- Settings > Theme > Screensaver start time > disable screensaver
- Settings > System > Power > Auto power savings > disable auto power savings options
The setting below is only available on Roku TVs:
